The new Licencing laws are no doubt for the safety of us minors and of course the genereal public, but it the extent that neccessary?

P-platers are forbidden to carry more than one passenger under the age of 21 from 11pm - 5am . That is a safety matter however is it required ? You can grant exceptions from RTA in cases of parties etc, it's like a curfew basically. However, what if you're at a party and one designated driver accidently had some to drink and there's only you ? What leave your friends to find their own way home ? What if you're travelling with friends to say Wollongong, and you were meant to get back by like 8pm but traffic prevented you, and you're still driving at 11:01pm with a car full of passengers ? Dump them the moment 11:00pm arrives ?

Speeding is no exception, however sometimes it's hard to know if you're speeding over by like say 2km. I've witness basically everyone speeding, like people don't when there's like absolutely no cars around. What pisses me off is, Full Licence complain about how careless P-Platers are, yet they get all impatient driving behind L-platers who are trying to LEARN how to drive, they fcuking beep the stupid horn. They'll overtake you if you're driving slow which in most cases is the required speed limit even if you're a P-plater, doesn't that indicate they're speeding ? Because they find your driving is too slow when it's the bloody LIMIT ?? What happens to them huh ?

This is so unfair, they should work to put in reasonable restrictions. That whole 1 passenger does prevent more people from dying, but that's suggesting that P-platers will DEFFINETLY crash, why not work at PREVENTING crashes ?
